We appreciate for your support for Lati dolls, and would like to announce some precautions for customers doing customized makeup.

Please keep in mind and follow the precautions below when doing customized make-up.

1. When removing make-up, do not recommend to immerse a doll in thinner for more than 15min 

2. Do not recommend to use neutral or other detergents other than thinner. Colored skin (especially dark color) dolls in particular are highly likely to have damages on its head.

3. After removing make up, please dry it enough before re-make up.

4. For your information, Lati is using MR. COLOR THINNER of MR. HOBBY.

Please be kindly noted that the dolls damaged due to non-compliance with the precautions mentioned above are not subject to A/S.
